Checking for leaks

The cost of water today is becoming increasingly expensive, and leaky taps and reticulation valves just waste this precious commodity. These are easily identified and can be repaired inexpensively.

But what if you haven’t seen any leaks but still suspect that your water usage bill is excessive?

You could check overnight by taking a reading of your water meter just before lights out in the evening and again first thing in the morning and if no water has been used by anyone overnight and the meter reading has changed significantly you may well have a hidden leak.

Yanchep Plumbing and Gas covers a wide area of the northern suburbs and can help identify if a leak is present, repair it and in some situations assist you in recovering some of the costs for hidden leaks from the water corporation.

Your local plumbing experts can diagnose faulty reticulation too, and with no call-out charges you know you will be treated fairly by Yanchep Plumbing and Gas !
